All submitted applications will be reviewed and considered for vendor placement at this event. To secure a spot, the application must be completed and paid in full at the time of submission. Failure to submit payment with the application may result in a denial of application.

Vendor Placement will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. By completing and submitting the vendor application, applicants acknowledge that placement is based on the order of arrival at the event and is not guaranteed until confirmed by event organizers.

PLEASE NOTE: Priority for Network Marketing businesses—such as Avon, Scentsy, and Tupperware—will be granted to the first applicant who submits a completed application. Additionally, for vendors offering similar products or merchandise, early application is especially important.

Quick booth set up and tear down instructions: Festival opens at 9 am. Park will be open for set up at 7 am. Festival ends at 5 pm. Tear down will start then with courtesy for move out vehicles.

It may be a hot day. We do not encourage you to bring your dogs (dogs are not allowed in Navarre Park) or babies, but you can decide. Having water and sunscreen is encouraged.
